Whole Food Multivitamin with Minerals – 60 Capsules

I haven't taken the Multi vitamin long enough to notice a difference. However, one issue I have with several supplements I've purchased here is they all are a clear capsule. They all look alike except maybe darker or lighter in color, or a different size capsule. No identification on them at all.

I trust Dr Berg’s formulas more than most other brands I could get say, at Costco. These have not yet affected me in any obvious way, but is good to have a multivitamin and several other supplements he offers. He really speaks sense in his lectures on video too.

I use several of Dr. Berg’s supplements. I physically feel better, but don’t truly know if it’s one in particular or all of them working together.
