Joke, return policy is a joke!

I am not a fan of their return policy. I bought a pair of boots for my husband and the first pair was too big, he tried them on and only walked across our floor, we boxed them back up and sent back for a smaller pair. The boots were rejected as “worn”!! This is ridiculous, he walked across the floor of our 700 sq foot home, took them off and we boxed them back up. Do not try to do a return with this company, they will not refund your money.

I had originally ordered a 16 2EW, not knowing how good the fit was going to be: I usually wear a 15 D, but it depends on the shoe company, the style, etc.. I found out, when the boots were delivered that they were DEFINTELY TOO BIG, so I called customer service and they were VERY HELPFUL in getting another size boot re-ordered (15 2EW),and sending me a shipping label to exchange the boots at no charge. I got the exchanged boots and they fit beautifully!!! Thank you 2 Big Feet
