What to use in what?

While I like the quality, I am a white Anglo who grew up eating meat and three veg. So, cooking Eastern cuisine does not come natural to me. What I find difficult is knowing what product to use in what food. So, Vincent, you need to create a simple one page document that explains what product is used for what food, along with suggested amounts.

I had previously bought YUM YUM (msg) and the velveter and was greatly impressed. So when these news enhancers were released I jumped on them. They certainly make. Flavour change to all the dishes I have used them in.
