Math Ahoy

My kids are loving this game, and all it’s doing is teaching addition and subtraction. After playing just a few times, they’re already gaining number sense and no longer counting when the answer is five or ten, because they already know that when the pop it’s are all down on one side that’s five, and when all of them are down that’s ten! And when only one is left that’s nine! And they love getting the “pirates treasure” as they play. My kids are 3 and 5, and they love this! And they now tell me they love math… so I call that a win😊 I think I’m going to make them a pirates treasure box to put their coins in as they play, to make it a little more fun😊 But it’s definitely not needed!

Lots of fun with the math game. They really get engaged
