Doesn't come with written instructions but they made som for me on request.

Initially I was disappointed that it only came with a link to a video for the giw to. A video link os fine unless... you intend to make these somewhere in the maine woods 30 miles from any internet source. I requested some sort of written instructiins and after an initial delay, they made some up special just for us. Im really grateful for that. The kit itself seems to be quality and includes everything expected.

I've seen these in plenty of places. Now, they're in places I am! These are relaxing to do and calming to do. I messed up the loop to connect the other side, but I've got multiple tries to get it right!
