It is a sad excuse of a bag. Dooney has been my Go-to for many years. But I think they dropped the ball on this one. For a $500 bag I would expect absolutely no cracks in the leather and solid brass hardware. I received a bag with cracks on the inner seam and hardware that was flaking & scratched. Not to mention how torn up the shipping box was when it arrived. Getting returned ASAP. Disappointed is an understatement.
