Hey, The review is not about the product but about the service. There was a clear timeline of shipping mentioned on the site "1-2 business days". In fact it took a week. What really got me annoyed is completely useless and very likely fully AI reply from a support without any estimate when it actually would be sent. In the end it was sent, but this interaction with "support" left me with very huge doubts that I would ever order anything from you again.
