THE FILTERED SHOWERHEAD™

Honestly, I regret purchasing this showerhead. The Instagram ads made it look like a quality product, but it feels cheaply made and took far longer to arrive than I expected. I also discovered I had been enrolled in a monthly filter subscription that I never knowingly signed up for. I had to email customer service to request cancellation, which left me feeling misled. When I finally received and installed the showerhead, the plastic arm mount that holds the showerhead and connects to the waterline already started cracking and leaking. Now I need to get a metal replacement mount just to make it usable. I was especially excited about the advertised improvement in water pressure, but I noticed no improvement at all. The pressure is the same as it was with my previous showerhead, and it hasn’t delivered the performance I expected from the advertising. Between the shipping delay, the unexpected subscription, the cracking plastic, the lack of improved water pressure, and ultimately the very cheap build material, this has been a frustrating purchase. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it.

Shower head is so tall and only the small bottom portion of it fits in the cheap plastic holder that was "gifted" in the order and after installing in my shower enclosure, teh head nearly touches the ceiling above the shower so I'm going to need to go to the plumbing store and get an extender to lower the showerhead enough to allow it to rest in the holder and not touch the ceiling.

I am highly disappointed with this product, as it does not perform as advertised. I purchased this setup hoping for better water pressure, but it performs significantly worse than my standard Walmart showerhead. My previous showerhead worked vastly better than this new system. Since this $80 investment has turned out to be completely useless, I would like to request a full refund.This product is a complete waste of money. I bought this expensive showerhead and filter expecting an upgrade, but the performance is incredibly disappointing. The water pressure is actually worse than the cheap Walmart showerhead I previously had. In fact, my old showerhead worked 20 times better than this one. I completely regret this $80 purchase, and it is going straight into the trash.
