They have great flavors but they don't last more than a couple of hours. This ia a great disappointment. I am a nurse so am constantly up in peoples faces. I let my coworkers use them and they agree. Maybe these not for folks who work like we do. I think am going to cancel my subscription.

Ships from China, so delivery takes a while and the Shop app is terrible for tracking. Basically like spraying water in your mouth. Don't bother with flavor varieties. You don't taste anything other than stale water. Kind of gimmicky. Conflicting delivery policy. The vendor made it right and I got my money back, but had to call them out on it.
