I use them in the gym exclusively. Hugs the foot n supports the ankle with minimal sole lift. Phenomenal for squats n deadlifts as I can actually push off the ground rather than a thick foam block. Bonus for looking absolutely sick, the Frieza colorway pops anywhere you go

Love these shoes!
Love these shoes. Our school colors are purple, black and white and it is incredibly hard to find purple wrestling shoes. The purple is an exact match. ASICS is our brand of choice for wrestling shoes. The soles are fantastic and will get a lot of use.

They are narrow!! You have been advised: Stretch Them Out!
Okay they are narrow!! So be warned that you will need to wear them to stretch them out. Other than that they are a great wrestling shoe so far.
