True black jellybeans!
This scent is exactly what it says, and yet is much more than the sum of its parts. On first spray, the black jellybean scent is immediately apparent and very accurateâ dark, slightly acrid black licorice, and it tag teams with the powerdery marshmallow texture. The black jellybeans quickly calm down, moving away from pure realism to something more nuanced and gracefulâthe anise stays strong, but the other aspects of the accord take up their own individuality. The patchouli (BTW, the patchouli that Mythpunk uses is the best I've had from any house) adds a chewy and warm spiced nuance, and the lisylang is not detectable as an independent floral but discernably adds a floral texture, smooth and waxy. In comparison to its sister Black Witchmoth Puff, it is less explicitly floral and more focused on nuanced simplicity.
