A nutritious and delicious alternative.

My family is new to cooking and eating ramen probably because we were only familiar with the old standbys. Ramen Bae has been a nutritious and much more delicious option for our multigenerational family. We appreciate the variety of topping options and high protein ramen.

Awesome. Like little bonus noodles.

I pretty much expected these to be little cubes but instead they unroll like a ribbon. Much better than a chunk of tofu. They keep a good texture and don't get all soft and mushy like just a cube would. It's great to add to any ramen.
