My hair stylist recently bought this hair dryer and I noticed how much softer and smoother my hair was after the styling, and it’s always good after my appointment so knowing this was even better I finally bought my own. After my first use, I noticed the same results (noting that I dry my hair in sections for best results). My hair is a little curly and frizzy if it dries naturally (which I would never go out in public that way!). I am really happy with this purchase.

Returns policy sucks

I don’t understand why as a big company as this is they require the customer to cover the shipping for a defective product they created. But if they can’t resolve your issue the product STAYS with them. How does that make sense? Your return policy needs to me updated

I love love this hair dryer. My hair is less frizzy now and the dryer is light and easy so can give my self easy blow outs!!
