It’s rather expensive considering it’s not necessarily any better than much cheaper options and once you place an order you’re automatically subscribed to keep receiving more products which you then have to cancel

I did not order this product and do not want any more of it. I barely used the first batch more than once. Stop charging my account.

The product itself is like flavored water with no benefit or lasting fragrance or physical benefit. They did cancel the subscription promptly but have made the 30 day money back guarantee process a very difficult one by consistently stating they could not give a guarantee after the order had been processed. However, I sent them many follow ups explaining that their ad and website site a 30 day money back guarantee. And finally after multiple email exchanges escalated to another level to get resolved. If they do not willingly resolve, this, I will be disputing with my bank and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and any other agency that I need to to ensure that this company treats customers fairly and honors their 30 day money back guarantee.
