Paid over $400 and missing items

Bought the Ultimate Baseball Package and they didn’t send the Sphere. No packing slip in the box. Over a week later and a couple of emails and they still haven’t fixed their mistake. I couldn’t find a U.S. based customer support phone number so you are at the mercy of emails.

Great product and awesome service

Such a great product and training tool for my athlete. One thing I must mention is the customer service. Very responsive, and extremely helpful! Hands down some of the best in the business.
