Drop-Cut: LUX

Very disappointing first experience with this company. I ordered four shirts because I genuinely liked the brand and wanted to give them a try—not because I was looking for a deal. Unfortunately, the shirts were too long. I contacted them about exchanging them and was told they don’t do exchanges and that I would need to return them. I was then told the shirts were final sale and couldn’t be returned either. I understand they have a final-sale policy buried on their returns page, but for a first-time online customer buying four shirts, I expected much better customer service—especially when I was perfectly willing to exchange them for a regular hem. Instead, the manager simply reiterated the policy and offered no solution. Just something to be aware of before ordering: if you buy a sale item and the fit doesn’t work, even on your first order, don’t expect a return or exchange. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my opinion of the brand.

These are the best shirts and fits near perfect. Better then Cuts and True Classic. My only one issue would be that i feel they are a tad bit long. I'm 6'5 and would prefer an inch or so shorter.
