Being asked to write a review for an order I still have not received

I was asked to review the products I ordered, but I can't, because they haven't arrived. I placed my order on September 17th and never received tracking information. When I contacted Peppermint Cycling support, the response gave me very little information about where my order was. Since then I've followed up several times and haven't heard back at all. This is especially disappointing because I saved up for a long time to support a Canadian brand, and I was excited to finally order. I'd be happy to update this review if the order arrives or the issue is resolved, but right now I can't recommend ordering from them based on my experience with communication and fulfillment.

Super Stylish

Love the fabric and the bright colours. The design is super stylish, yet not too girly. If you’re chesty and have broad shoulders, it does run a little small. I normally wear medium, but the large fit much better.

Perfect!

I'm an XL and this is the only brand where the jerseys fit me properly in the arms, chest, and waist. I've tried many others but I always come back to these - they are extremely comfortable!
