Extremely disappointing experience. First and last purchase! The jacket was an odd fit, too small in the arms. I was promised an exchange, paid $19.24 out of pocket for return shipping, only for the company to process the wrong replacement instead of honoring our agreement. I had to escalate the matter and file a dispute to get my money back. This experience was nothing but wasted time, money, and energy. I completely regret purchasing from this company and would absolutely NOT recommend them.
