This color (Cordovan) in particular was ‘out of stock’ , even tho it was not blurred out in their page for months. I continued sendinging emails to check the status and everyitime they would replied with an apology, the option to keep waiting, exchange color, style or money back. I’ll give custumer service a 4. Advertising/Marketing/wearhouse : 2 out of 5. (Track your items & notify the client you are out of stock in your page to avoid this) Other than this instance.. all products from them have good quality, arrived at time and size is on point. Bodysuit: Color is beautiful, and is butter soft.
