I love that the new "be still" words are more visible and last longer. I have Stage IV cancer, and it is a beautiful reminder for me to not let my thoughts run away from me. I have bought SEVERAL of these rings over the last few years, first for myself and then for my friends going through extremely difficult times. It is the perfect gift!

I believe this is the second version of this ring. I ordered one a while ago and lost it which is why I ordered the second one. This new one is better because you can actually read the engraved words. I LOVE IT! I wear it on my thumb and never take it off. It is a great constant reminder to take a deep breath and maybe change my perspective in the moment if needed.
