Riptide SL Pool Vacuum

I recently purchased a Riptide SL and can’t remember ever being this impressed with both a product and a company. The machine is well built. I’ve used older Riptides on other pool technicians’ trucks, and this newest version feels even sturdier and more refined. Their customer service is exceptional. They sent me everything I needed to get set up and choose a battery. When I accidentally ordered an extra tow hitch, they personally called to confirm, then refunded the difference. My order also arrived with a 40-foot cord instead of the 60-foot cord I purchased. I emailed them, and within 45 minutes they called, offered to ship the correct cord, explained how to install it, and told me to keep the 40-foot cord! No hassle, no excuses, just people who genuinely care about doing things right. The quality, honesty, and attention to detail are outstanding. I wish every company operated like Riptide. They’ve earned my loyalty and my highest recommendation!

Bought this years ago!! Great product hands down and definitely better than a Hammerhead!!! Will be buying another Riptide SL in next week or two 🙏👍
