The Rendezvous Turtleneck - Coffee Bean

I was excited for this shirt when I ordered, unfortunately when it arrived my thoughts quickly changed. First, the shirt runs very small. You need to size up. Second, I was very disappointed in the material. It is rough, it is probably "built to last" but needs to run through a few wash cycles before it would start to feel better. No response from customer service team when trying to exchange my shirt for a larger size. Unfortunate because I was going to purchase one of their hats, no longer the case.
