Stefano Leather Mules

I ordered my regular shoe size. they showed up and they are about 3 plus sizes too big. completely ridiculous, a complete waste of my money, very disappointed!!

These shoes are not leather as advertised, nor are they labeled as to country of origin, size, or composition. 16 CFR Part 24 Rule Summary The Leather Guides address misrepresentations about the composition and characteristics of certain leather and imitation leather products, and state that disclosure of non-leather content should be made for material that appears to be, but is not, leather. The company refuses to give me a full refund. Shopify should suspend all commerce with this company.

I loved the product size 12 but have to return size 11 1/2 for a size 12.
