Very delicate and arrived broken. I reached out to customer service about a return and refund and sent them a pic of broken item. Waiting to hear if they refunded my account. This was 2 weeks ago

This is nothing like the picture. The pearls are not spaced well and there should be a longer link on the bigger dropped pearl. The gold chain is more orange/brass than gold. I am not happy with this prodict at all.
