Vareno Croc Loafers

They are too small, maybe I need a 14 or 15 in your size I ordered size 13 because that’s my shoe size, I like these shoes but they are too small, will you send instructions on how to send them back perhaps to get a size 14 or if you don’t have what size I need, I’d like my money back.

I waited 23 days for these shoes to arrive. First delay was “we had a flood in our warehouse”, then “sorry your order got lost. Finally, arrived today and both pairs of shoes are two sizes too small. I can’t even get my foot into them. Extremely frustrating. I will be requesting a full refund.

I ordered a 13.5 they are short. They came in a plastic bag all twisted up out of shape. Not pleased with this product I’m not going to hassle with these people.
