Pink Matcha Latte

I was surprised to see how much it tastes like Matcha, and how much of the monk fruit adds to the experience. I love making things a little bit more girly, and that was the perfect amount, plus the nutritional benefit is great. I am truly obsessed.

It tastes really good and really sweet (like a sugar cookie). I just wished the pink color would actually be more brighter pink than a magenta color and also would wish that you could make the matcha with a teaspoon instead of a tablespoon.

Made a pink matcha with horchata oat milk and a soft top with strawberry puree and cinnamon. Was so delicious! Gave me good energy too! Thank you!
