These arrived a day late, so they were super dry and half dead. I am trying to enjoy what I can of them. Not super impressed with the “designers choice” as I guess I assumed they would be more “fall” themed based on the example pictures. Anyways, when they didnt arrive on time (and there was still no tracking information) I sent an email and they blamed FedEx but then gave me a “credit” for what I paid. I used it to send my mom an unexpected bouquet. Hopefully hers will be better.

I ordered the Designer’s Choice bouquet for a friend, so I wasn’t really sure what I was getting. It turned out to be absolutely beautiful. Urban Stems has never disappointed!

Pretty Flowers
I only saw a picture of them, since they were delivered to my granddaughter in Northbrook, IL. If I have an occasion to send flowers again I definitely would use your business.
