The watch had several issues. The date did not stay updated. The main link at the watch is stripped and will not tighten up. It also did not keep time. The response time is very poor. They offered me money two different amounts. I told them I wanted a new watch. They told me to take it to a jewelry store close to me to get it repaired. I am not going to pay someone to repair a brand new watch that is clearly defective. I have requested a full refund to my account and asked for there return address. As of right now no response nor a address to return the watch. All I want is a full credit issued to my card and a return address. I have the email trail and I will post it if no resolution.

It arrived but the clock does not work. The dial does not move. A more than $200 watch should at least keep time no matter the brand. I've contacted the seller 24 hours ago but no reslonse yet.
