I disliked the way the package was delivered. The packaging was torn to shreds! It was left outside in an unsecure place. I contacted the couriers along with photos. They said it wasnt their problem, id have to do it through you. Ive tried several time to email/msge etc to no avail. Im 71, not very computer savvy, and i think its appalling the way elderly people are treated, just because they dont know how to email/send photos etc. My husband bought the bag for my birthday. The state it arrived in was shocking. I will never purchase anything again online. From a very dissapointed, upset elderly lady.

Not what I had expected and the inside has the smell of old mildew. The color is okay! So not really happy about spending my money and I know I will never use it.

Very nice and perfect size for me. I finally found the right sizes I can carry my purse
