Nitro Deck 2 Smoke Black Edition

Much Bigger and bulkier then I was expecting. My fingers couldn’t even reach the new shoulder buttons without shifting my entire hand to press them. I also didn’t like the + and - lever buttons because I simply couldn’t get used to them. On top of that, I’m not very comfortable with the turn dial locking mechanism. I wish they just made the thing to function exclusively for the Nintendo switch 2 instead of trying to work with all Nintendo switch devices as one product. It just doesn’t make for a very good design, I feel. It has a lot of cool ideas and improvements to like, but unfortunately it also has a lot to dislike as well, and that ultimately makes me feel very disappointed in it. Sorry CRKD but, while I do actually prefer it over the original Nitro deck and Nitro deck+, this is still yet another miss for me.

A lot bettet than I expected actually. The controls feel amazing and it was pretty simple to install. I think a few more instructions with the QR code to show how to enable it on the switch 2 would be a great addition. But the product is amazing.

Great buttons and design but it doesn’t have parity with switch 2 controls. There is no c button and there is no way currently to map a c button. Also pressing home does not wake the system. You have to manually press the power instead.
