Great product, but the website's size chart is wrong. It caused a ten-day delay, and by then the weather had changed. Please fix it.
There is no disputing the quality of the product or its reputation in the market; I am a huge fan of the company and its products. However, I was disappointed to find that the size chart on the website is incorrect and does not reflect the actual product measurements. This resulted in a ten-day delay in receiving the item—time during which I had planned around using the product, only to find that the weather conditions had changed in the interim. I strongly urge you to review and correct the size chart on your website.
