My grandson was able to load software to my iPhone based on instructions received. I am still unclear how to use: download to the app? Find download on app to print?
Was able to print the pdf you sent me but does that mean must use pdf format? What about screen prints? Or other formats?

It was a struggle , the lid is always open , soI have to clamp it tight to work . I still got it to finally work , so it accomplished what I needed it to do .

My thermal paper did arrive and works well. I just wish that you didn't have to feed each page in separately.
