I have to say it was nice doing business with this company. I was able to return the larger skates with no issues. They sent me the return slip, I was able to send the other pair back without issues. I love the colors, they true to what is one the website. The extra pair of shoestring and the fur ball is a nice touch. I am a new skater so getting the correct size is important, these feel comfortably. They seem like they will hold up well. Theresa
