Ricochet XL

Not the expexted quality, feels cheap for the high price. I expected their better model and an effort at quality at this higher price point (nearly 3x base model), but I may have mistaken a novelty accessory company for a watch maker. The art is nice and packaging is decent, but for this design the dial is missing dynamic visual appeal without cutouts and the time is very hard to read especially inbetween 5 minute increments. For the build the crystal, case, clasp, and movement seem like generic cheap parts. It feels like an extremely expensive childrens novelty watch where the only concern was the applied graphic art, not function or build. I'd have been more comfortable below maybe 1/5 the price, as quality is always relative to cost, but I'm more a person intersted in watch quality than the novelty accessory aspect. I also worry the large, exposed crystal edge will receive damage that could impact the art and thus ruin that aspect of the watch. Not yet a mature product.
