I love that the pack fits like a running vest and stays close to the body. The front pouches in the straps are great for easy access bear spray and snacks! Perfect day pack for long hikes/runs! The pole storage is epic!

Ugh I love this pack it sits high on my body so I don’t have any stress on lower limbs or for more challenging terrain! I would recommend it to anyone. My boyfriend has the men’s one and the women’s fit is amazing!!
