Flat beer
I've brewed about 7 batches of beer at this point with no issues on any. Just like a previously review left, I've never had any issues with NB shipping, equipment, etc., but this beer fell flat (pun fully intended).
Everything was followed to a "T", but this beer while sounding carbonated on bottle opening, there is virtually no head. Taste is still flat, used full amount of flavoring extracts, taste like a flat new castle to me.
Stored at approximately 70* F for 4 weeks before chilling 1 bottle each week until now to check fermentation. Utilized the canned priming from Northern Brewer. Overall I'm very disappointed that $100 and hours of my time are going down the drain (pun fully intended, again).

Spiced Apple Ale Extract Beer Recipe Kit
Delivery, packaging, instructions etc. were perfect, so the low star rating has nothing to do with the service which is awesome. The brewing seemed to work fine. Good active fermentation for a week and a half, then moved into a secondary fermentation for another week and a half. I tasted the beer before adding the apple spice vials. It tasted like flat beer, but not very good. I then added half of each flavor vial. It brightened the beer quite a bit and you could taste a bit of green apple. It was good. After mixing in fast pitch, bottling, and letting the beer condition in ~65 degree basement I gave it a taste. The beer was flat and didn’t taste good. I fed it to the drain. :( I’ve tried 6 more bottles over the last couple of weeks. All of them were the same.
