Guava Sorbet Elixir

Love the initial spray the dry down is beautiful, sweet and a little tart it last an hour or so on me then it’s gone. The longevity is less than desirable, especially at this price point.

The packaging is beautiful, and I’m sure many of their other fragrances are lovely, but unfortunately my experience with House of Brandt’s customer service has been extremely disappointing. I’ve emailed them twice, submitted a contact form through their website, and even reached out through Instagram, and I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. I understand that businesses can get busy, but completely ignoring multiple attempts to reach customer support is unacceptable—especially when you’re charging luxury prices for your products. A luxury experience should extend beyond beautiful packaging and the product itself. Customer service is part of what customers are paying for, and unfortunately that part of my experience has been nonexistent. I really wanted to have a positive experience with this brand and potentially try other fragrances, but the lack of communication has left a very disappointing impression.

The packaging is nice but honetsly looks like something you can get at anyother store. The scent was very masculine initially and when it dries down it did turn just slightly sweeter. The scent gave me a headache after an hour of wearing it and it did linger for quite a while. I had a steong smell of musk and alcohol. Unfortunately I hardly smelled any guava which was the reason I bought the fragrance. I dont know if I was part of a bad batch or if this is the actual fragrance but I wouldnt recommned.
