Love the boots but had ordered them expedited shipping and did not make it in for a trip that I had planned. The answer I got from customer service was we don’t control UPS but did give me a $50 gift card. I just don’t like when you order something from a company and their response is not us. Somebody else may be, but I ordered it from you and that’s who should be ultimately responsible
