It’s a bit of a juggling act to get the pizza top melted and the base not burnt. While spinning the pizza every few minutes helps to keep the base from burning, I recommend that you look into a front door on the pizza oven to help keep the heat contained ! This will help to prevent burning the base of the pizza ( with lower temperatures whilst retaining heat for the topping on the pizza to melt ?
