Pocket – Personal AI Assistant (Limited-Time Offer)

Great product so far, looking forward to getting the BAA signed off so that I can start using it for my practice

I received my Pocket today and, unfortunately, the recording quality is bad. I don't know if it is like this for all units or if mine is defective. I ran a few tests in Conversation mode, not Call mode, with the Pocket less than a meter away from me. When I listen to the recordings, they sound very poor, as if the speaker is far away. Is this normal, or should I ask for a replacement?
