Only a partial delivery of the contracted product purchase. Contacted the merchant immediately and they emailed back quickly. Received follow up email a week later indicating a delay on delivery of the balance of order. Now 5 days later and no further communication or delivery. Product quality of initial purchase is mediocre at best. They even attempted to rebill me for the same order again, only claiming i had requested a monthly recurring order of the same quantity. I contacted them immediately and they agreed to refund the extra charge and cancel the recurring order. I am still awaitingbthe balance of my inital order. Very dissapointed and disillusioned by the gross dishonesty and lack of ethics.

I got my package and out of six boxes that I ordered, I only received 4 boxes and one of those boxes was empty

Very very small containers but useful for traveling, that’s a plus. The concentration of the cologne is barely noticeable unless someones nose is right up almost in your mouth. Not happy that the balance of my order has still not arrived but happy they are providing email updates.
