Butterfly Seamless Shorts

IT DOES NOT FIT. I got this in a size Large. I am 5 foot 2 inches, 138lbs, 29in waist/40in hips/24in thighs. I normally fit into standard mediums, but all their product are manufactured in China so I guess the sizing isnt standard. The waistband keeps rolling down and pinching, leaving a horrendous muffin top at the smallest point of my torso which is insane. The leg seams also roll up and refuse to stay in place. The fabric is polyester so its not like its good quality, but I have lots of polyester shorts (last pic, orange shorts in a SIZE SMALL) that do not roll or pinch or make my body protrude the way these do. I bought 4 pairs, 2 in medium and 2 in a large, all absolutely unsightly. I wish I could return them.

Super cute but the black and white butterfly edge on the legs is an elastic band, on my butt it rides up really bad and ends up making the shorts look strange on my back legs because the pattern disappears under my butt. Super comfortable and stretchy material.
