I've been buying this product for over 3 years, it had a creamy consistency and was a moisturizer, my last two orders were all liquid, you can't put this product on as a liquid. I contacted the company and they tried explaining to me that it's an all natural product and sometimes the batch can cause it to end up this way. Not one time in over 3 years has this ever happened until now. I will be returning my recent order.
