I must say, Barefoot customer service is amazing! Despite the fact the shoes were too small for me this time, — maybe because it's waterproof, so more padding inside — the quality overall is very good. I'm going to exchange them, and I can't wait to see new waterproof style to get them.

I got mark down after mark down, but still feel like I was gyped. The quality isn’t high, though not as low as a couple of other chinese bare foot shoes I have ordered and returned already. I would return these, but losing the shipping fee twice would be more of a loss than just keeping the shoes. I hope they hold up.
