Steak was fine. I liked it but I didn’t like the shipping cost. It turned to $15 taken into a $30 day. That’s a little hard for me and so you’re gonna tell me to buy in size and save shipping cost. I’ll think about it but the meat was very good and it’s tough to get really quality made anymore so thank you.

Well stocked with my favorite cuts. I use olive oil, garlic powder, pepper and a good amount of salt. Then barbecue, broil or cast iron three minutes a side. Perfect medium rare. Yummmmm
