USDA Choice Boneless Ribeye Steak

The quality and flavor of the beef is exceptional. We can immediately taste the difference compared to meat sourced from our local supermarket. I would give five stars except that we frequently get two packages of the same cut of meat that are butchered differently (especially variations in thickness between the two pieces and on the same piece) that make it trickier to get the cook consistent when grilling two steaks.

The Ribeyes were amazing! They were ordered for a special occasion and I needed them overnighted at the last minute. My computer auto populated the wrong address but they were able to catch my order in time and make the change and get then sent to the correct address. Will use again!
