Saw this coat last year, and finally bought it this year. Perfect coat for the colder weather coming up. According to the size guide, my measurements are a Medium, but with their suggestion to size up, sure glad I ordered large. The medium would of been skin tight, the bigger size gives a small amount of wiggle room. There's no stretch in the material, tighter in the waist area for me since my waist is 29 inches, 34 B in chest. In length the coat is longer on me, at my ankles on my 5'2 height. Love the flexibility of the double zippers. Looking forward to wearing this gorgeous purchase1

Most beautiful coat!

I had been eyeing this coat since last year and was put off by so many comments about the sizing and hood. I respectfully disagree. The coat is true to the size chart. Just be realistic about your measurements (I am sorry, but if your measurements deviate by 4 inches from the size chart, of course it is unlikely to fit?), and how much you want to be able to layer underneath. If you wear chunky sweaters, which I don't, then size up. If I did, I would have gotten XL because my bust circumference is on the fence. Waistwise, a chunky sweater would fit! For my purposes, L fits fine. Bust is snug and waist has some room. I am 162cm/5'4" and the coat hits ankle length. I have a short torso with long neck and the hood fits me. I know how to sew, the coat is well-made, inside looks great, too. The black colorway has a sturdy but fine fabric that has a matte sheen that looks and feels luxe and high quality. I immediately started sweating when trying it on, so I assume it is warm. If you are on the fence, I believe this is worth every penny. I might get another color, too! In case this helps anyone, I am a Romantic in the Kibbe system and have a difficult time finding coats and jackets in which I don't feel crestfallen. This one is perfect for me.
