console itself is in perfect working order, but the controller i received with it had all the back screws missing from it, and didnt have a battery in it which i believe led it weird audio feedback from the controller speaker as well as plugged in headphones getting static feedback occassionally. EDIT: RetroJakes reached out and offered to replace the defective controller. I'm very grateful for their willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. Friendly folks who I will be buying from again.
