Edited review. Customer service to correct the issue below has been great. After sending a picture of the problem, I will be getting a replacement for the scratching pad. It isn't here yet so my cat-approved review will follow. The product doesn't work because the sisal scratcher doesn't fit the two supports. The two paper support tubes are 2.4" in diameter and the sisal scratcher as provided has 11.5" openings. Someone didn't sew this correctly so the scratcher/"lounger cannot be put together. I need a replacement sisal scratcher that fits. ought through a Facebook ad and paid through Shop pay and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER TO CALL.

I love this cat lounger. It was very easy to assemble and my cat loves it. I ordered two loungers and extra mat. I was charged for two two and two extra mat but have only received one lounger and one extra mat. When will I receive the rest of my order?
