This was my first time ordering on this site. I placed my order around June 16, 2026 thinking I would get these items in time for my daughter's birthday (July 9th). I finally received these items September 8th, 2026. Almost three months later. Customer service was slow. I got ignored once when I asked about an item and then it took awhile for a reply when I initially asked about the whereabouts of the items. This will be the last time I order through this site.
